This Privacy Policy explains how Up 1 Digital ("Up 1 Digital," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our website at up1digital.ca and our early-access tools, starting with PostLingual (collectively, the "Services"). It applies to visitors to our website, individuals who contact us through our forms, and users who sign up for early access to our tools. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

We collect only the personal information you provide to us and a limited amount of technical information about your visit. Specifically:

1. Contact form submissions: your name, email address, and company name, along with any message content you choose to include.
2. Early-access signups: your email address.
